"I brought Emily on to coach me at an ITF M25 event in Bali. Through personalized yoga and meditation exercises she helped me to loosen up, to play and move with more freedom when it counted most. In this event, I went on to pick up an ATP point beating a player in straight sets who I had lost to just two weeks prior. I believe that Emily’s knowledge and application of yogic practices to competitive athletics is at the cutting edge of performance and longevity in sport."
Before working with Emily, I was stuck in constant fight or flight response on court. I was struggling with confidence and started experiencing the yips on my serve. I was overthinking and my body was going into avoidance mode. Working with Emily has helped me understand my nervous system and how to build real body awareness. I’ve learned to become aware of my breath and the tension in my body before it takes over. Instead of fighting the sensations on court, I’ve learned to stay with them and not run away. I’ve realized that this is something that takes practice but has guided me in the direction of becoming a more relaxed and present competitor and I’m starting to approach matches with more openness and confidence. Working with Emily has been incredibly valuable and I would recommend her to any other athlete experiencing something similar!
"As a former Division I athlete, I know how real the mental side of competition is. In practice, I was consistently at the top of the lineup, hitting freely and confidently. But in matches, especially on big points, I would freeze. My arm would tighten, I’d get stuck in my head, and I couldn’t access the level of tennis I knew I had.
The disconnect between practice and competition was incredibly frustrating. I worked with our team’s sports psychologist and tried everything available, but nothing helped me translate my practice level into match performance. Emily was the only thing that truly made a difference.
She helped me trust myself under pressure, get out of my head, and ultimately learn how to love tennis again. I started enjoying competing in pressure moments instead of fearing them. Emily is incredible for high-level and D1 athletes, and I highly recommend working with her.”
"Working with Emily has been an amazing experience. She’s helped me become much more self-aware and taught me how to navigate challenges as they come up. Emily is a wonderful listener who creates a space where you feel understood and never alone in what you’re experiencing. Thanks to her guidance, I truly feel like I’m on the path to becoming a more confident version of myself. I’m excited to continue our journey and to see the tangible growth ahead."
"Working with Emily has been more life changing than I could have ever imagined, that sounds dramatic, but it’s true and it’s only been a month. Emily has helped me understand myself on a deeper level and uncover patterns that were affecting both my life and my performance. She creates a space where I feel truly understood while also guiding me towards alignment with my sporting career. It’s been incredible. She has helped me understand the patterns behind my performance struggles, break them down, and find ways to use them as a strength. I have already seen results not only internally but on the court and in my sporting career!! I can’t wait to see where this takes me."
If you don’t feel a shift, I'll keep working with you for free until you do.
Nope. This work applies to all athletes—anyone who wants to compete with more awareness, clarity, and instinct.
Not exclusively. It's body-first performance training — we work with your nervous system, your emotional patterns, and your identity under pressure. The body speaks before the mind catches up.
Yes! The program is tailored to your rhythm and designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing schedule, not take it over.
This is different. We use breath and body awareness as precision tools, not generic relaxation techniques. Everything is built around your specific pressure patterns and what actually shows up for you on court.
This is grounded, practical performance training. It honours the mind-body connection but is focused on what gets results.
Yes — but not by adding more to your plate. By training the system that's been quietly running the show. When your nervous system is regulated and your identity is stable, performance becomes a natural expression of who you are.
