It’s wild to think, I spent my entire playing career ignoring every signal my body gave me. I lived off hustle, caffeine, and cortisone shots. I thought more output would solve everything.

Then I crashed. That was my turning point. I realised I’d mastered the outer game but neglected the inner one. I healed my body. Rewired my my nervous system, and rebuilt from the inside-out.
