Born in London, played in California, and now rooted in Bali, my journey started at the top: full-ride scholarship, top of the lineup, elite competition, and a business degree in hand. On paper, it was perfect.

Behind the scenes? I was quietly falling apart. I was pumped with cortisone to finish matches and pushed through pain until I couldn’t hold my racket. I played through injury, burnout, and disconnection—until my body said enough. I lost the joy and I stepped away. Got the surgery. Rebuilt from the inside out.

I climbed mountains, slept under the stars, nourished friendships, and eventually landed on a yoga mat. The physical practice pulled me in; the philosophy cracked me open. From there, I dove into somatics, breathwork, nervous system healing, and integrative nutrition—relearning what sport never taught me:

That real performance starts from within. The body holds a deep, often-forgotten intelligence just waiting to be remembered.

I learned to listen and regulate instead of override. To activate and coordinate my entire system - my breath, muscles, energy, and instincts. Developing the capacity to shift my state in real time during games and recover faster after. I conditioned my body to push with more intensity with less effort. 

As I aligned with body’s wisdom, I became stronger, clearer, and more powerful than I’d ever been at my athletic peak. It blows my mind that I was lacking this throughout my entire professional tennis career. That’s why I created this work. 

Now, I help athletes and high performers do the same—unlocking the inner game so they can play at their highest level, with way less grind.
